What doesn't change is the approach: we work out what you actually need, tell you honestly what it will cost, and don't start until you've agreed it in writing.
We build in static HTML where speed and security matter most, and in WordPress where you want full control of your own content. Custom systems, such as enquiry capture, CRMs, client portals and content tools, are built to fit your process. AI-assisted development keeps the build time and the price sensible.

Site email: use proper SMTP
WordPress sends email through PHP mail by default. It's unreliable, often lands in spam, and gives you no way of knowing whether anything arrived. We recommend every WordPress site uses a dedicated SMTP service for contact forms, order confirmations and other site email.
Full package clients get SMTP set up as standard. On Starter, Monitored and Core you can set up your own with a provider such as Brevo, SMTP2GO, Mailgun or Gmail SMTP, using a plugin like WP Mail SMTP or FluentSMTP. VPS clients can add our setup as an add-on.
The small print
All monthly packages are rolling, with no minimum term and no exit penalties. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
The Private VPS needs a one-off £25 setup fee and payment by Direct Debit. Shared hosting and WordPress maintenance plans have no setup fees.
Design and build work is quoted separately and agreed in writing before any work starts. All prices include VAT where applicable. See our terms and conditions.
