When you use the free site health check at zenlabra.uk/free-site-audit, we collect and process additional personal data as described below.
What we collect: your name, email address, website URL, business type, and (if provided) your registered company name and number. If you use the manual questionnaire option for the £15 WordPress audit, we also collect your answers to technical questions about your site's configuration.
Why we collect it: to generate and deliver your site health report, and — where you have given marketing consent — to send occasional service updates and an automated 6-month site re-check.
How long we keep it: full report data (site score, findings, fix estimates) is retained for 30 days from your scan date and then permanently deleted. Your contact details (name, email, URL) are retained in our secure contact list only where you have opted in to marketing communications, and only for as long as you remain opted in or until you request deletion.
Automated 6-month re-checks: if you ticked the optional marketing consent box at the time of your scan, we will run an automatic site health check on your URL approximately every 6 months and email you the results. Every such email contains a clear one-click opt-out link. Opting out stops all future automated checks immediately.
Discount codes: the RESCAN10 discount code included in re-engagement emails is processed by Stripe when redeemed. We do not receive or store payment card data — this is handled entirely by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
Additional processors for the analyser: Make.com (workflow automation — processes form submissions, sends emails, logs to Google Sheets) and Stripe (payment processing for the £5 enhanced report and £15 full WordPress audit). Both are GDPR-compliant and operate under Data Processing Agreements.
To stop automated site checks at any time, click the opt-out link in any re-engagement email or email [email protected] with the subject "Unsubscribe". We will act within one working day.
