1. About us

These terms govern all services provided by Auralink Group Ltd, trading as Zenlabra, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Suite A82, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE.

By purchasing or using any Zenlabra service, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services

Zenlabra provides web hosting, WordPress management, site maintenance and related digital services as described on our pricing page. Services are provided on a monthly rolling basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service with 30 days written notice.

3. Payment

All packages are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the point of onboarding.

Late payments may result in suspension of services. Accounts unpaid for more than 30 days may be terminated and data removed.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel any service by giving 30 days written notice to [email protected]. No refunds are provided for the current billing period. There are no exit fees or penalties.

We may cancel services immediately if you breach these terms, engage in illegal activity, or use our services in a way that affects other customers.

5. Uptime & availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Downtime caused by factors outside our control — including third-party providers, DDoS attacks or force majeure events — does not constitute a breach of these terms.

Our liability for downtime is limited to a pro-rata credit of the monthly fee for verified outages exceeding 4 hours. We do not accept liability for lost revenue, data loss or consequential damages arising from downtime.

6. Backups

Daily backups are included with all packages. Backups are provided as a courtesy and are not a substitute for your own data management. We strongly recommend maintaining your own independent backups of all site content and data.

We accept no liability for data loss. Backup restoration is available on request and may be subject to an admin fee.

You may not use Zenlabra services to host or distribute:

9. Limitation of liability

Zenlabra's total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the total fees paid by you to us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Data & privacy

We collect and process personal data as necessary to provide our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

All content, code and materials you host remain your intellectual property. You grant Zenlabra a limited licence to store and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
